PBB "Magnanakaw" Robbery Issue

So the Pinoy Big Brother or PBB house has been robbed last night by a masked guy and I am sure that it is just a task and nothing is serious about it but the housemates inside the PBB house are all devastated and shocked about what is happened. Last night's episode was boring and has a lot of crying and I don't like it!

I guess Big Brother is becoming more cheesy about his tasks. I was really pissed with what is happening in the house and it is not pleasant to watch at all. I mean there are so many issues and the like that are not supposed to be televised and show to public.

So the PBB robbery issue; I am not biting it! It would be better to bring back "Kolokoy"!

Being an IT student and soon to be a professional *I hope*, there are things that we don’t really need to pay for just like the internet. I have watched a video on YouTube last night this guy who just had his nose job. The video was like his video blog about the whole process including the post surgery experience. I felt like there is an urge for me to have a nose job too because mine is not that good *well it is not really good*. Then I tried searching for cheap nose jobs in the Philippines and found out that it will cost me $1500 or 64,500 pesos but I am having second thoughts because I am afraid of surgeries. In fact, I never had one before.

Another factor is that I am sure that my mom will never allow me to have this although I am going to pay for it using my online revenues from all of my blogs. Maybe I can do this after I graduate college but I am not really sure about this. Having cheap nose jobs in the Philippines is kind of scary by the way. I want to post the video of the guy that I have seen last night but I am unable to find it.

I was browsing the internet for the most searched keyword in the Philippines for the last 7 days and I found out that Bagyong Quiel is on top, No Other Woman on the second spot and mov0001.swf is on the third spot. That made me wonder what the heck is mov0001 swf?

I tried to google it but there are only few websites that tackle this keyword and a lot of them are not even connected with the said keyword.

SWF is a file format that has something to do with videos or animations like flash. I guess, MOV0001.swf is a clip on the internet with a topic that I don't know. I also saw this video that when you type mov001.swf on googel, you will see the sweetest video ever! Hmmm. I am curious about it.

How to load Prepaid Cignal TV? Maybe a lot of you guys are asking how to reload your cignal TV prepaid subscription because unlike the postpaid where you don't have to reload it too often. It is just like our mobile phones where we need a load or credits to use it if we are using prepaid plans.

Okay first things first. You must be familiar with your account number and the plan that you want to avail whether plan 250, plan 390 etc.

If you forgot your cignal TV account number, you can text your Smart Card Serial No. and send to 0918-9244625. To know your smart card serial number, it is located at the back of the card that is in your cignal TV box. Just take it out and look for it. I am sure it is there.

While Bagyong Pedring is now leaving the Philippine Area of Responsibility and now heading to the nearby country (Vietnam or Thailand) *not sure*. Another tropical storm is approaching the Philippines. It's international name is typhoon Nalgae and will be named Bagyong Quiel. It was spotted on 1350 kilometers East of Northern Luzon by PAGASA.

Bagyong Quiel will be entering the Philippine Area of Responsibility for the next 24 hours but they said that it will not be as strong as Bagyong Pedring or Ondoy. But we should all be prepared for Bagyong Quiel no matter what.

Boy Abunda Fired Erik Santos

Prince of Pop Eric Santos is not a member of Boy Abunda's alent agency called Backroom Inc anymore. There are rumors circulating the world wide web about the main reason why does this happened and I have read a lot of articles regarding this issue across different websites and web blogs.

I have read that Eric Santos left Backroom Inc because of his personal issues or he needs to prioritize certain things or people in his life but I also read an article that is really contrary to what Eric Santos' said. The gist: Boy Abunda fired Eric Santos in Backroom Inc.

This is some of the lines that Boy Abunda said to his article entitled "Why Backroom fired Eric". This is the column of Boy Abunda in Philippine Star.

I wanted a peaceful ending after all Erik was not only my talent, he was a friend. And I don‘t fight with my artists. I don’t quarrel with my friends. It is not my style and it is not in my nature. I have been in the celebrity business long enough to know that everything is fleeting, that fame is ephemeral, that memories are short and fickle, that gratitude should either be mandated by law or integrated into the conditional cash transfer (CCT) program of the DSWD.
But not always, I would constantly remind myself. There are those who love without conditions, there are those who are grateful even if they have given more than they have received. Some of the best people I’ve known are friends in the entertainment industry.
After the meeting with the new Backroom management, Erik sought me out. We talked over the phone. I was disappointed and mildly angry but not seething. I told him that I didn’t want to go into details so that wounds wouldn’t be so bad, healing would be easier. I delivered the message that he said some bad things about me and the office. “Patawarin nyo po ako kung ano man po ang aking nasabi o nagawa,” he meekly pleaded. I accepted his apologies. I thought it was the beginning of the Peace Process in Iraq.
However, immediately after my conversation with him he started to blabber, “Ano ba nagawa ko? Wala naman akong ginawang masama. Wala akong kasalanan. Bakit ako lang ang pinaalis nila?” Ironically, he was venting his feelings and ruminations to a common friend with whom he would share his complaints against me and the Backroom staff. I thought it didn’t make sense but he was perhaps coping with rejection, a pernicious blade to the ego of any royalty, more so to the Prince of Pop. It was beyond his ego that he was fired politely and claiming that there was no apparent reason for his expulsion was protecting his newly acquired designer “ego.”
But it was a chit-chat between friends and I understood. I do it. Others do it. Then the flowers and notes came from the Prince of Pop for his subjects in the office and his former chief servant, who was me. Classy act, I murmured. But then again I was told that he was whining, “Wala man lang nag-text nag-thank you, bakit? Nakapatay ba ako ng tao?” So the Prince of Pop was kvetching again because his subjects were ingrates and were sordidly déclassé for not responding properly to their master.
And then there was a press conference for Erik’s album. Trouble started to brew again in paradiso. According to one article, “Boy Abunda is sulking because of Erik’s departure from Backroom.” One said, “Boy is hurting because Erik left Backroom.”
It was time to go to (a just) war in red stilettos. It was time to tell the true story, and it’s a short, simple story. Erik Santos was badmouthing me and Backroom. “Mag-isa lang akong nag-iisip. Wala naman nagpaplano para sa akin.” So everyone was a useless nincompoop watching him steer his career towards the Pacific Ocean. Backroom as a talent management office may not be the best. It has many failings and shortcomings. There was an incident on the Sunday show ASAP where he was being taken out of his production number. Of course, he raised hell. It was no way to treat anyone, more so the Prince of Pop.
Unfortunately, there was no Backroom staff with him. “Mag-isa lang ako. Para akong tanga,” he ranted. This was a valid complaint I told Rowena Salido. “Kung hindi ko pa tinawagan si Tito Boy, he wouldn’t have called Joyce Liquicia (business unit head for ASAP).” This one was a lie. I called Joyce after the incident was reported to me by Rowena, then I called Erik to let him know that I already spoke to Joyce.
And then there were things he didn’t like in the office. For out-of-town gigs, he didn’t like Andy because he snores, Bettina overpowers, Liza doesn’t mind him. He only likes Leo because he unpacks his luggage like a dutiful geisha. Having confirmed that he had been talking behind my back and against the office, we decided to politely release him.
I took a break from Backroom because I want to take care of my Nanay. Backroom is now being run by the very people who helped me build it through the years — before and after Erik is long gone. That office is small and simple. It operates on no-frills policies. It takes care of its employees. It’s far from being a wealthy talent management house, but it is sturdy because it’s built on a solid foundation of love, humility and integrity.
I used to tell Erik that, “what sets you apart is that you’re a good person.”
Even in pain, I still believe he is a good guy who works hard for his family. He is devoted to his mother.
This is perhaps just a phase when we need to be shaken to be reminded that we all go back to dust in the end.
After I’ve said what needs to be said, I forgive Erik. I also know in my heart that one day he will realize his little mistakes and learn from them. I also wish that he finds it in his heart to forgive our little sins borne and burnt out of too much zeal and love for the people we work for.
It’s a thankless job I know but sometimes it is worth it despite the noise and posturings when someone whispers “thank you.”
I may have been hurt but I’m not broken. I pray to God that Erik, the Backroom management and staff, and I will come out better people after “bleak razzmatazz.”

So I think this is it. This is the end of Boy Abunda vs Eric Santos controversy. Let us watch out for Eric's career in the future.

There is a controversy circulating the internet that Miss Colombia is on fire and might be off in the Miss Universe 2011 beauty pageant. Why? Because there is an issue about Miss Colombia not wearing underwear during the photo shoot in Miss Universe.

Although this is not yet confirmed and Miss Colombia denied the whole thing, Fox News interviewed the President of the Miss Universe organization and this is wha she said about it.

"There were several girls in short dresses which was a little concerning, but when saw the (commando) picture on the front page of one of the local papers, [I] was very, very surprised,"

Frankly, the contestants who performed tonight in PGT Season 3 were not that good. I think singing is overrated, playing an instrument is kind of lame, dancing is okay but I need more!

Thanks to El Gamma Penumbra that really caught my eye. El Gamma Penumbra’s performance tonight was awesome! Their concept for tonight’s even was about an OFW who came and saw different places in foreign countries but in the end, she definitely came back to the Philippines—OFW’s home.

The judges also said that they should be the ambassadors in promoting our country from all over the world. Kris Aquino hoped that the secretary or whoever works in Department of Tourism have watched their performance so that they would be enlightened. I am 100% sure that this group will be in for the next round. Mark my word!

Biggest Killer Crocodile Caught Alive in Agusan Del Sur, Philippines (Photos)

A Giant killer crocodile was caught alive in Agusan Del Sur, Philippines yesterday. It is 21-ft long and it was reported that it devoured a carabao or water buffalo and might kill the missing fisherman since July of 2011. Luckily, the villagers in Agusan Del Sur were able to catch it alive.

According to them, this might be the largest crocodile in the world. Mayor Edwin Elorde said this during an interview. "We were nervous but it's our duty to deal with a threat to the villagers,". Even I cannot believe what I have seen in the news last night.

My blogger account's interface was fully changed. Frankly, I was not impressed at all. The new interface was so confusing and not easy to navigate compared to the old one.

The Healing movie is Star Cinema's Upcoming Horror Film!

I have never been a fan of tagalog films especially horror movies because some of them are just a rip-off of horror films in the US or other country. But I will definitely watch for the upcoming horror movie of Star Cinema entitled "The Healing". It stars Vilma Santos with Kim Chiu. This will be the first time that we will see Kim and Ate Vi doing a film together and it is horror! This is what Kim Chiu said during the interview. "Masaya and excited ako. It’s something new for me to do a horror movie under Star Cinema and to work with Ate Vi." They will be shooting the film this October of 2011. The Healing movie will be directed by Chito S. Rono.

Sea Monster found in China!

I am a huge fan of "sea monsters" so I cannot help myself not to share this one. In Guangdong, China, fishermen saw this 55 foot sea monster weighing 4.5 tons dead! The said creature found dead wrapped up by a net. People said that the sea monster was captured by a fisherman but decided not to get it because it's too heavy and huge.

The said creature is not a typical lochness monster or anything. It looked like a huge fish; nothing extra-ordinary.

Meanwhile, Marine Biologists concluded that the monster creature found in China was really a Whale. Here is a picture.

Moving into a new Apartment

Admit it or not, moving into a new house is pretty exciting because there will be new things coming our way into that place but moving in is stressful and tiring at the same time. It is frustrating to imagine the hours we are gonna spend packing our things up and the hassle of carrying our things and transferring it to the new place.

That is the dilemma that I am experiencing right now. This coming June, me and my Mom are about to move into a new apartment. I am not sure if it is an apartment or a studio type room because I have not seen the place yet. Mom only checked it once and she liked it. I am kind of excited because I really want to leave our old room. I am starting to hate the people here in this house and I want something new. Mom said that the new apartment is not that far in fact, it is only a few walk from our old house.

But I am not excited to pack up my stuffs here. Thinking about it is making me tired already. Add up the heaviness of each appliances that I am gonna carry.

I want to be a Doctor

When I was a kid, I want to be a doctor because I want to save lives and that was the only profession I know other than a pirate. :p I never care about the circumstances or hindrances of being a Doctor at that time knowing that you have to study for like more than 5 years for you to be a doctor plus the qualifying exams for you to be a certified doctor. The thing is, I just want to be a doctor.

I was also fascinated with their lab coats. The white laboratory suit with pockets in front of the scrubs. Wearing that kind of uniform was a dream! Well, I was a kid back then.

But everything changes now. I am not following that dream. I don't wear any uniform. I don't wear any scrubs and I don't use any medical tools. In some point of my life, I sometimes feel jealous of my friends way back in high school who pursue their dreams like some of them are taking Nursing and Dentistry. Huge percentage of humans here and abroad are sports lover. Admit it or not but I am not one of them. I have been saying this thing here on my blog for so long so my readers are already aware of this. It is not that I hate any sports out there or the people who are into sports but I just don't have interest with it. I still remember this one time where I was obliged to play badminton and believe it or not, I won! Haha! Too bad my classmates at that time did not do some sports bet on that game! I also remember that this coming July, team Azkhals (did I spelled it right?) are going to have a football game against Sri Langka here in Metro Manila and my friends in college asked me last night if I could come. Since the tickets are affordable, I replied yes.

I am wondering, what should I do there? Maybe look for celebrities or take some pictures for my blog and have fun with my friends. But I think I must enjoy the game too. Or maybe, I could join my friends do some football betting and see if the Team Azkhals is gonna win. That excites me!

Life after High School

My high school days was so yesterday, I can still recall my morning classes especially my Calculus subject that was really a pain in the head. Every afternoon where me and my friends walk together and just make fun of kids on the street and just laugh. High school was still the best for me although I am having fun with my college life now but High school was still the best.

But after our graduation, all of us took different path in life. Some went in the city like I did while some stayed in the province to spend their college life on the same University. I guess they might wear their old uniform just like in high school. Everything changes back then.

Almost 90% of my batch mates make it through college. Some took Engineering, Psychology, Dentistry and Nursing which is the most taken course of my batch mates. I am seeing a lot of my batch mates wearing nursing scrubs and it's kind of amazing.

Life after high school is unpredictable and somehow exciting. Unpredictable in a way where you can't be so sure of what will happen to you and your friends in college. Would you still go to college? Would you wear a nursing uniform or an engineering uniform? Or would you rather not wear a uniform? It is also exciting because of the new life that is awaiting for you to discover. New faces and experiences that you will surely treasure.

To all graduates of the class 2010-2011, Congratulations and Best of luck. College life awaits you. It can be so rough but in the end, it would still be your choice. Your end lies on every decision you make in the future.

Tips for a good business logo

As I have said before, twitter is becoming the battle field of local celebrities like Sarah Geronimo vs Christine Reyes scandal last month. Now, Megastar Sharon Cuneta replied to Hayden Kho's tweet on his twitter account saying something against Sharon Cuneta's billboard for Marie France. Below was the tweet of Hayden:

There’s a billboard ad in Edsa developed by advertisers who think consumers are stupid. Guess.”

Sharon Cuneta said something against this controversial tweet.

“As far as I’m concerned, stupid people shouldn’t comment on what is stupid or not! If I may add to that: Decent people are people I would like to listen to. Not those who do not know the meaning of decency. And who treat women like they’re nothing! Excuse me! You know, you want to start a war with me? You? Fix all your problems first.”

But the Belo Medical Consultant said that the tweet was not meant for Sharon but it's for the upcoming perfume product that will be releasing soon.

Sharon Cuneta is currently endorsing a new body-slim company and posted for a Marie France billboard that is posted along EDSA and somewhere in Makati Philippines. The billboard of Sharon Cuneta for Marie France got a lot of negative feedbacks and got involved with controversy.

This controversial billboard of Sharon will be removed. Still not sure if this is true or just a joke. ASC (Standards Council) are the ones who can pull out a billboard if it got valid reaction. Luckily, ASC don't get complains now so this issue might not be true though.

A Tribute to Harry Potter

Harry Potter contributed a lot of things to me since I was in Elementary. I really like the story especially their magic spells and I remember myself chanting all of the spells when I was a kid.

Harry Potter has seven sequels such as Sorcerer's Stone, Chamber of secrets, Prisoner of Azkaban, Goblet of fire, Order of the phoenix, The half-blood-prince, and Harry Potter and the deathly Hallows. Frankly, I am not watching the last part of the movie since it was divided into two. I guess the part 2 of the last part will be on July. I am gonna watch it after the last part so the flow of the story will just go on. I hate suspense.

I am also planning to watch the Sorcerer's Stone because I think I forgot the story of the other sequels. Just want to refresh my mind before watching the Deathly-hallows.

A lot of avid fans are buying stuffs regarding HP like books, DVD's, and other collectibles like playing cards. But as a tribute, I like to have a Harry Potter box set that contains goodies from Hogwarts.

I hope that HP story will last forever but I guess that's impossible. Deathly-hallows is the last installment of the adventure of the story and it's gonna end. So grab every Harry Potter goodies that you see so the memory will last forever.

It stars Anne Curtis and Luis Manzano along with Eugene Domingo, Dina Bonnevie, Dennis Padilla, Candy Pangilinan, DJ Durano, Dino Imperial, Abby Bautista, Nadine Lustre, Bobby Yan, Joy Viado, Ricky Rivero, Mac-Mac, and John Lapus. Who's that girl is directed by Wenn V. Deramas and will be showing this coming March 2, 2011.

Happy Yipee Yehey is the new noontime show of ABS-CBN

After the failure of Pilipinas win na win, ABS-CBN came with another noontime show that will be with you guys every noon! Happy, Yipee, Yehey is the new noontime show of ABS-CBN. It will be hosted by Toni Gonzaga, Mariel Rodriguez, John Estrada and Randy Santiago along with Bentong, Kuya Jobert who became famous with his youtube video about "Ayoko ng Dingdong!".

This will start on February 12, 2011 at the Ynares Center in Antipolo City. Let us see if they can surpass the taste of critiques and viewers that will soon compare this show to Wowowee.

Where is Our Mailbox?

Nah, we don't have a mailbox outside our house so there is no need to worry about. Here in Manila, some people's houses doesn't have their mailboxes unlike the ones in the US. You might want to know where do the postman put the letters or parcels if there is no mailbox. Well they are just knocking on the door or gate and lend the letters or parcels. It's easy as one two three though. ;)

Last year, I posted something about free browsing technique for smart and UFBT for globe users. I used this tricks before for me to be access the internet for free since I am poor. :) I called these posts as my savior because they are giving me the most visited pages of this blog. I can't believe that I can be on the search engine's first page when it comes to the keywords that I used.

Frankly, I am not aware of the latest tips and tricks for free internet browsing in smart or globe. I stopped using it because I am now using my Sun Wireless Broadband (I am paying 799 pesos a month). But I must admit that my Sun broadband is not that good. Last night, it took time for me to use google because my internet became so slow. I can't help myself not to hate my ISP.

But don't worry. If I have vacant time, I will try to find a way in finding tips and tricks for your unlimited free browsing technique version 2011 for your mobile phones and laptops as well since these methods are now working on broadbands. Be updated!

Helping my friend in California

My friend from San Diego, California chatted with me on facebook and she was very pissed with her laptop because it has a malicious software that is making it slower that usual. She said that she got the software on her computer class when she tried to get something using her flash drive. Since I am an IT student, I tried to give her different method to remove the effect of the software but nothing happened though. I guess I can't fix a laptop without touching it and see the main problem.

I advised her to go and consult san diego virus removal because I know that there are lots of IT experts in her area right? Consultation might not that cheap as she thought but as long as she fixed her laptop right?

ABS-CBN is cooking another noontime show since Pilipinas win na win did not make it until the end. The rating was not that good so they decided to end the show. This new noontime show, title is not specified yet will be hosted by Toni Gonzaga, Mariel Rodriguez, Randy Santiago and John Estrada. Unfortunately, the decision of Randy and John Extrada to host a noontime show in kapamilya network makes Willie Revillame a little bit angry. Randy, John and Willie used to be best friends.

I saw a video from youtube that has a title "Daniel Kissing a Girl in Elevator (CCTV Video) – Daniel Matsunaga Scandal". The video was taken by the CCTV camera inside an elevator when a girl entered in and the accused Daniel Matsunaga followed her. The said Daniel Matsunaga scandal is not that scandalous. He just kissed the girl for like 5 seconds then it's over. Nothing happened next.

The things is Daniel Matsunaga is currently dating Heart Evangelista so why would he kissed another girl? The video is posted beneath this blog post so scroll it down.

This blog, Llama's Journal retained its PR3 which is good. While DeejSpeaks which is my personal blog got PR3. After 6 months of waiting, finally I got what I wanted.

Yes, you read it right. Binibining Pilipinas is now searching for new faces to compete for the Binibining Pilipinas 2011. If you know that you got what it takes to be the Bb.Pilipinas 2011, then you must now scroll this page and see if you meet the requirements.

Requirements for Binibining Pilipinas 2011

1. You must be a filipino citizen.
2. You must be 17 to 25 years of age.
3. The minimum height is 5 ft. 6 in.
4. You must at least a high school graduate.
5. Last but not the least, a good moral character.

Applicants are required to bring the following:

1. NSO certified copy of birth certificate

2. Certified true copy of high school/ college diploma

3. Philippine passport (if any)

4. Close-up and full body colored photos

5. Applicants who are 17 years of age should also bring with them a written consent duly signed by their parents.

The deadline for submission your application form is on January 29, 2011. Preliminary screenings are held every weekdays from 2PM to 6PM.
